‘I’m Kate. Early in my entrepreneurial journey my brother said to me, ‘what do you know about business?’ In terms of big business, corporate, mergers and acquisitions- sure, I knew nothing. But people? How they tick? Why some people achieve their goals and others don’t? The real reason some stay stuck for so long? That, I get. Instinctively and deeply. And I know how to help people move through the stuckness to flow. To reconnect with their dreams and intuition so they can follow their own inner GPS to wild success. 

For a long time I thought my style of genius - my intuition and insight - meant I wasn’t cut out for business. Turns out, it was exactly what makes me great at what I do - training, coaching and healing the fear of standing out. I’d love to help you integrate your genius - what I like to call your ‘zone of magic’ - into your work so you can dare to stand out and succeed as who you truly are. After finally submitting to creating a plan for my business and consequently quadrupling my revenue, I realised that sometimes, structure actually gives more freedom. What I’m excited for Sara to share with you is her fantastic, strategic step-by-step thinking - and the kindest heart you’ll ever meet. 

‘I'm Sara. I am an entrepreneur and business woman with a 25 year track record in corporate life. In 2010, I co-founded the award-winning communications agency Pagefield, and helped to grow that business to 7 figures in just 12 months. My zone of magic has always been words. I understand the power of words to create change and impact. And in two and a half decades I have used that power to help some of the most famous brands, charities and individuals in the world from Kelloggs to Variety to Avon. I recently founded my second company, Actually, to support purpose-led 

 entrepreneurs and changemakers to harness the right mindset, communications skills and support they need to change the world. I help my clients to identify and understand their purpose and priorities; I train them to communicate powerfully and I create strategy, develop campaigns, draft plans and encourage action in a way that ensures they move forward with total clarity and ease. 

​

I have always worked hard and played hard. My twenties and thirties flew by in a haze of late nights, early mornings, caffeine, nicotine and parties. I burnt myself out. Not once. Not twice. But several times over. And the side of me that yearned for spiritual growth, for rhythm and ritual, for nurture and self-care? That side of me was locked away and kept out of sight. Until, during a five month sabbatical after my last episode of burn-out, I realised that compartmentalising myself and my life wasn't really working for me! Oh...and I met Kate who showed me by her example that I could live an integrated life; that I didn't have to choose between material success and my spiritual path. I can't wait to help create a space in which she can share her magic with you and inspire you the way she has me.

Over the twelve months, we will follow a rhythm of masterminds, training, dreaming and planning:

• We'll kick off the year with a TWO DAY 'Dreaming and Planning' event to set your direction for the year, so you know exactly where you and your business are heading - and how you’re going to get there.

​

• And then in the Spring, Summer and Autumn we will hold follow up 'Dreaming & Planning' sessions to tweak your direction and make sure you're still on track in a way that feels good and aligned to you and your values. 

​

• We'll be co-hosting a monthly MASTERMIND to help you tap into your own wisdom and the shared knowledge of the group. Spending time around financially empowered, authentic and aware business-owners is the best way to up your game and grow your business FAST

​

• Each month you'll receive a live TRAINING session alternating between Sara and Kate so that over the course of the year you will have taken a deep dive into topics essential for success without burn-out. From Kate: Energetic Protection, Clearing the Path to Success, Self-Care and Scheduling for the Self-Employed, The Creativity Cycle and how to work with it to bring ideas to fruition, and Rhythms and Rituals for Wild Success. From Sara: Understanding the Business Life-cycle; The Five Rules of Communications - how to use them and how to break them; Creating Content that Creates Engagement; Making Friends with the Media; What to do When it All Goes Wrong.

• You'll also have access to Kate and Sara, and your intimate group of  brilliant business-owners, inside a private Facebook Group plus access to recordings, templates, slides and bonuses via your private Membership Site

​

• AND there will be weekly check-ins and accountability...yes, on your business goals but also on your joy goals! 

​

• Every season we will invite you to a 'Get it Done' day of co-working, inspiration and implementation where you and your Mastermind group will...GET IT DONE. Sara and Kate will be on hand for advice and coaching if you get stuck. And we promise, you'll get more done on each of those days than you sometimes do in three!

• We'll celebrate the end of your brilliant year with a 'Review and Intentions' Day - live and in-person in December 2020, so you can celebrate who you've become  and all the lives you've touched and shaped with your strategy and magic.
